Some fasteners only move one way, and that way is impact. This 1/2 in. drive air wrench puts 700 Nm of loosening torque into a body short enough to sit behind a brake caliper or up inside a wheel arch, and it keeps delivering that torque for as long as your compressor keeps up — no battery fading halfway through a hub nut.
Features
- 700 Nm maximum loosening torque — handles wheel nuts, suspension bolts, ute and trailer hardware
- Twin-hammer clutch hits hard and evenly, with less kickback in the wrist than a single-hammer design
- Stubby composite body — 165 mm from anvil to tail, so it fits where a long gun bottoms out
- Four-position power regulator lets you wind torque down for trim clips, small fasteners and alloy wheels
- Rear rocker switch for one-hand forward and reverse
- Rubber overmould grip insulates your hand from cold exhaust air and vibration
- 1/4 in. BSP air inlet at the base of the handle, standard fittings throughout

What you need to run it
An air compressor is not included. To get the full 700 Nm you want a compressor that can hold roughly 6–7 CFM at 90 psi; a 50 litre tank copes with sustained work far better than a 20 litre one. Add two or three drops of air tool oil to the inlet before each session and the motor will last for years.
Safety: check sockets are impact-rated, wear eye protection, and never use an impact wrench to tighten wheel nuts to final torque — finish by hand with a torque wrench.
Tip: pair it with our 150-Piece Mechanics Tool Set for impact sockets and extensions.
